The Strategy & Induction Session is designed to make sure the program is the right fit before you begin.

Do I need to be fit already?
No. We tailor the plan to your current level, experience, and any injuries. Your coach meets you where you're at.
What happens in the Strategy & Induction Session?
You'll meet your coach, talk through your goals, complete your scan, discuss your schedule, and map out the best starting plan for you.
When are sessions? How soon can I start?
Weekdays 5:00 am – 7:15 pm plus Saturday mornings. Most people can begin within 48 hours after their session.
I'm nervous about joining a gym — is this suitable?
Yes. The program is coach-led and supportive. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.
I'm injured or in pain — can you still help?
In most cases, yes. We modify training around injuries and help you progress safely. Your coach will discuss this with you before you start.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. You'll receive practical nutrition guidance and accountability designed to support your training without extreme dieting.
Do you only offer personal training?
No. We offer small-group coaching as well as personalised support, depending on what suits your goals and schedule.
I'm FIFO — will this work for me?
Yes. We can build your training and accountability around your swing, including what to do while you're away.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the level of coaching and support that suits you best. Your Strategy & Induction Session is where we confirm the right option before you begin.
