Experience the power of 1-on-1 coaching with LX Fitness. Our HYBRID coaching model gives you the personalized coaching you really need in the areas that matter most. With us, you will have your own personal coach designing your program and giving you a step-by-step play so that you have your very own personal roadmap to achieving your goals. With daily touch points, fortnightly reviews, constant communication, and unwavering support, we will provide you with watertight accountability, making you feel like you have a coach in your back pocket 24/7, dedicated to your success.

SPECIALISED TRAINING

Whether you are attending training at one of our facilities or following your customized program elsewhere, LX Fitness will provide you with the most effective solution to achieving your dream body. Our priority is to give you an amazing training experience while keeping you safe and injury-free. Our sessions are only 45 minutes long, so it’s easy to fit them into your schedule. You can come as often as you like, but if you attend fewer than three times in any week, you will have a coach calling you to book your butt back into the next week's sessions. While other gyms might only contact you when your credit card fails, LX Fitness is here to keep you accountable.
